Go to pet shop in the mission! next you see a paper on a puffle house ( hint: usally gray) you see its in a secret code. Then, you go to the bottom and see a thing it opens. look for like the 2nd and 3rd words and translate them. then its a number. Go to Gary and hes at the sports shop but now our new EPF. type in the number. if it works then he will give you some agent stuff for the rest of the mission....THE END (Hint: everytime you do the mission there is another number. p.s it changes alot)

Well, actualy, it changes each time you do the mission. You can find out by going to the pet shop and looking at the note pinned to the roof of the kenel. it will be written in a code. you can use the code translation box in the bottom right corner of your screen to figure it out!
