It actually depends on what part of the country they live in, what division/position they work for, local minimum wage, and cost of living. I live in Oklahoma and work for the wireless call center and started out at roughly 10.00/hr having experience in the field. With no experience a person would start out in the 9.00 range (pre-union contract negotiations this year).
