but as an avid user of YouTube (4 years and im only 13 now LawlietJourney) there are certain videos you need to be 18 and older to see because they have mature content and have been flagged.

You have to be at least 13 to sign up for YouTube. That goes for MySpace and Facebook too. Personally, I have never tried to sign up for any, but I read that you have to be that age.

is actually doesn't matter how old u are as long as you are responsible with your account and don't do stupid thing when you know they are bad (i.e. smoking, drugs etc.)

You can be any age to be on youtube But if you want to make an account then you have to be 13
