This would depend on the laptop and possibly the television. Some laptops have an S-Video jack that can be used to connect to a TV or VCR; you would just need to select the input device on the TV. Other laptops have a miniRCA jack, or can pass TV Out directly through the VGA jack with a special adapter. Some newer televisions may even have a VGA jack themselves to be used as a monitor. If your laptop is not capable of these things, your only real option is a scan converter. A scan converter converts the VGA signal output from the laptop into an NTSC or PAL-compatible signal.
no
It would depend on what kind of outputs your laptop has and what kind of inputs your Television has. If you have a HDMI output on your computer, but only RCA inputs on your television you'd have to find a converter from HDMI to RCA.
If I already had a desktop computer and not a tv, I would pickup a cheap lcd tv.
There are many reasons a person may want to connect certain electronic devices, such as a laptop computer, to their television set. Since a computer generally has a DVI port and a television usually has an HDMI port, a DVI to HDMI adapter becomes necessary to connect the two devices.
You will need an HDMI cable to connect your flatscreen tv to your HP Laptop. Make sure your HP Laptop has an HDMI input as well.
I am almost positive that all you need to connect your laptop to your dlp projection television is the usp cords that would very quick and easy and it should work that way
That would depend on your television and computer. Older computers have an S-Video port as do most televisions.
A VGA connector is a video graphics array. It can be found on computer monitors, laptops and high definition television sets. It can be used for many reasons, for example to connect a laptop to an interactive whiteboard.
I would assume yes, if you have the correct cables to connect your laptop to a TV than you should be able too. .j.
There will be a "D" shaped multi pin plug on the plasma TV (at the rear or side)and would have the letters PC or an icon in the shape of a monitor. the lap top will have a "D" shaped multi pin socket. A decent computer shop will supply the lead required or internet. Get a HDMI Cable (after ensuring the laptop has one such port)
If you want to connect using cables/wires, you would have to use an Ethernet Cable.Or you can connect to it wirelessly. You must have a 802.11g wireless adapter card installed onto your laptop/computer.
You would need a red, yellow, white audio video cable.
