Yes Jailbreak A jailbreak gives you no problem if you use the right software. The warranty does expire but you can restore and apple has no proof of a jailbreak! Jailbreaking is legal, actually. It says that on the website. But there is a fifty- fifty chance that it will void your warranty and it may make your ipod slower esp. on the internet.

There are some people who have speaker problems and wi- fi connection problems with jailbreaking too but I'm not sure if that is because of jailbreaking

The bad things are that you have a 50 percent chance of voiding your apple warranty on your ipod touch, and it might make your internet slower, but it is totally worth it because you can everything for free and awesome effects like have a moving wallpaper.

No, it is not bad if you have a jailbroken iPod Touch. Jailbreaking an iPod Touch is just a way to access personalization settings that are not normally available for an iPod Touch. Jailbreaking is fine, to a certain extent, though. What isbad, though, is using the jailbreaking to download apps that cost money for free.

Its good and bad. For me, Jailbreak was real fun, but then it screwed up. So i did this : I opened iTunes , then i plugged my cord into the computer, then i plugged my iPod touch into the cord, then i held home and sleep/power button for awhile and as soon as a cord below an apple on my iPod then i just let go of home and power and it restored, sooooooo yah its not too good to do.

It's modifying the software that came with the device, which violates the manufacturer's terms of use, and therefore will void your warranty. However it is NOT illegal.
