No I don't think that I am healthy althought I go for yoga 1 hour and meditiate for 1 hour and then go to gym for 2hours but I thing that I am unfit because due to this all I get a fit and nice body but excessive yoga etc. And all are not good for health and we should drink a cup of lemon or orange juice every day
