It depends on the airliner, the route, and the amount of time in the air. For transatlantic flights, or over sea flights, there usually is though you would have to pay. I know Delta Airlines has WiFi on long flights, and British Airways, and I am sure other airliners do as well.
If you know the airliner you are flying with, you can go to there website and look it up there, or e-mail the airliner. You would need to pay for the WiFi and, of coarse, need to have your own laptop with you on board the plane.
no because its a air oceanic plane so it doesnt offer wifi

Yes. If the plane has wifi you can get online and purchase the shoes.
Just like WiFi on the ground a WiFi router is used that your device can connect to. This router gets its internet connection by microwave radio link (probably from an orbiting satellite).
Possibly. If you take your computer on a plane with wifi and when your airplane is in another country and the wifi works, then yes
An AirPrint printer is a wireless printer that works over your wifi network, and allows you to print wirelessly from your Mac, iPod Touch, iPhone, or iPad.

The drag force on a plane is caused by air resistance as the plane moves through the air. This resistance is due to the friction between the air molecules and the surface of the plane, which opposes the plane's forward motion.
What is the name of the Wright brothers air plane???????????????????????????
If the plane offers wifi, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and tap on the plane's wireless network. The plane may charge a fee or require a login. To deal with this, after connecting to the wifi, open Safari and there will be a page requesting a login and provide you a means of obtaining one. There may be a fee involved.
