Account Disabled just means you are no longer active, but emails you sent people will still show up as will comments on pictures and profiles. It will just have the comment, then a blank picture with no name. Deleting the profile will take everything away and you cannot get it back after a 2 week waiting period. If you really want it gone, for for deletion. I would still advise deleting all content and friends before hand to be safe.
