Well, it depends on how one uses the computer.

Disadvantages

1. Affects health (eye sight, strain in joints and muscles, and if junk foods are taken along with the use of computers as one sees in movies, then its bad luck, sleeping less)

2. Less socializing skills (not just getting into a social networking website and adding a million friends, or adding an RSS feed to your life via twitter).

3. Abuse

This is a big issue dude. The value of humans are getting reduced. The moral values are getting reduced and affected adversely.

4. Reduces the mental capabilities, the memory etc of human if one uses organizers and various others stuffs like to-do list etc.

5. Addiction to unwanted stuffs like time killing games leads to less productivity and wastage of time

6. Wastage of money. (If no control is put into the use of online shopping then one shall go bankrupt sooner)

8. More frauds (I hate the Nigerians)

9. Not reliable (one cannot trust the computer (electronic) systems. Some time they stop working at a critical moment, I gets screwed up like that. Its no way perfect.)

10. Electronic waste (polluting the mother earth with the electronic wastes)

Most of the disdvatages can be describedas Viruses, Trogen Horses, too wide a range of software available, time spent trying to get the software to work, etc.
