With the the 91 fans, there were four items the fans needed in order to work. the power to the fan, a working fan motor, and a coolant temperature switch (located near the starter on a v-8 engine, and the relay located by the windshield wiper motor, there should be two relays. The way it worked. power was supplied through the relay when the coolant temp switch closed (closed and grounded the circuit, around 195 degree F). Another way for the fan to get power is by the way of the A\C that turns on the fan automatically. If you do get power to the fan without the A\C on, the rest of the circuitry is fine and a new motor sounds to be in order. If you only get power with A\C on then you should look at the relay and coolant temp switch, and fan motor. Make sure the fan does work first, if it does than look at the other items
Left and right stopped working? Check the fuse and/or the flasher relay. Only the left or the right stopped working? Check the bulbs.

Yes, infact I own a 1991 Camaro RS V8 5.0. I purchased it in 2007.
I have a 1991 camara rs. The speedo stopped working. All other guages still work. The transmission has a gear operated sending unit that cost about $100.00. If that is good and your speedometer and odometer does not work your guage at the cluster is bad as is mine. One last check is does your cruise still work, mine does. Hope this helps, Big C
If it suddenly stopped working at all speeds, it probably is a blown fuse.
