Well if someone is annoying you,go to their profile and there shall be a button at the bottom of it that says-REPORT ABUSE TO BEBO-CEOP well click that and select whatever way they are annoying you,(e.g. harrassing comments) and write what they have actually done in the space provided.
You can also block them (the BLOCK USER button should be there too) and delete them.
If it gets really bad (like say outside school) then you can speak to someone you trust and they will try and help you.
