If you are wondering if there is currently a program that converts a person's typed communications into audible voice, the answer is yes. You may need Windows Vista but try this:
From your start button go to >control panel and select> SPEECH. Then, you will see a tab that says text to speech. This is probably just one way to get started. Unsure if there is a Skype program for this.

If it has been answer the answer was by a person. Sometimes computer like programs have assigned it a category and most times a person even does that.
depends what type of phone you have sometimes if both your computer and phone have bluetooth you can do that but sometimes the phones come with USB's and you put your memory card in there then stick it in the computer USB port
Most phones when connected to a computer can behave just like any other standard storage device such as flash drives. This means that the computer doesn't necessarily know that your phone is indeed a phone, but explains why you can transfer the pictures to your phone. Usually you can transfer any type of file. The reason you can't view the pictures on your phone is most likely to be that your phone doesn't have any software that knows what to do with that type of file.
