Do you have a 3rd hole for the sprayer? My sink often gets a little water underneath because water trickles down the sprayer hose and underneath the sink when it isn't used properly.
There are pipes (not visible) that are inside the wall. That may be the source of your leak. You would have to cut a hole near the draining water to inspect those pipes.

it is located DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH THE ACCUMULATOR. there should be a rubber nipple/fitting, that normally gets clogged and so does the tube it goes on. i removed the nipple, flushed it out with the water hose, then i stuck a small screwdriver down the tube thats located underneath the accumulator and it started draining properly.
