No. Currently no YouTube video has more than 370 million views.
Edit: As of September 2012 the most viewed video on YouTube has 771 million views.

Getting views on YouTube is difficult especially when you're a beginner. But you can’t get views for free. There are four ways that you can do that: YouTube Partnership, YouTubers Subscribers, YouTubers Comments, YouTube views from the most popular YouTube page. The first two ways need money to buy views, but you don't know how long it will last and how many views you will get. The third way is about getting attention from other YouTubers to your videos, but before you buy YouTube views, make sure you prepare: good description, good title, good content, and so on. The last way is a bit easier, you just need to write a comment on a video that has many views, then someone will answer your comment, and those will be more views to your video.
Yes, the views will be count if the user is not even logged in the YouTube account. Because of this reason only many YouTube videos get so many views but for comment and likes you've to sign in to get the authority to do so.
I dont think there's any "least watched" video on YouTube, there's probably plenty of videos with 0-1 views.
I'm pretty sure youtube pays you $1,000 USD for every 1 million views.
Gangnam Style is one of the most popular music videos on YouTube. It currently has over 1 billion video views that were all received within a very short time span.
It needs to be interesting. I watch videos that are funny. If you have a funny video and you share it on FaceBook or Twitter you should end up getting at least 50 views in about 1 week.

The most watched video on Youtube is Gangnam Style by PSY, which has over 1 Billion views, beating the previous one, Baby by Justin Bieber
You can advertise on YouTube, but you can't get views without a video. If you're trying to get views VIA YouTube without a video, it's very difficult. Even if you post a video, only a small portion (1 percent or less) will visit a website from a video.
The most viral and most watched video on YouTube was ‘Gangnam Style’, a Korean pop music video, by the artist PSY. The video, released on July 15, 2012, has over 2,141,811,976 views, as of writing this post. The video has been so popular that it earned PSY a nomination at the Guinness World Records for ‘Most Viewed Video on YouTube’. It is reported that the video earned PSY more than $870,000.
I don't know of any hacks yet, but here is another free way to rise in fame! to get more youtube video views, I use this completely free site: http://www.u2bviews.com/referral/1690/ it works by you watching other's videos to get credits for your videos. for every 1 video you watch, you get one credit. for every 1 credit, you get one video view. they have a checker to ensure that you 100% of the views you requested. for free subscribers, comments, likes, and also video views, I also use: http://www.enhanceviews.net/rpage.php?spec=12203&splash=0
Since during 2011 youtube had somewhere around a trillion views (1,000,000,000,000. That's 1 followed by 12 zeros.) AND another trillion views (during 2010 and 2009), that means youtube has over 2,000,000,000,000 views (adding all the views from the previous years). I'm not sure how many views youtube had during 2005-2008, but a lot less than during last few years, that's for sure. Total views can even over 3 trillions.
