No. The 2 phones are different. The Samsung Delve does not have Wi-Fi compared to the LG Dare. And the Delve also lacks many features that the LG Dare has. The screens are the same size though at 3-inches wide, but the Samsung Delve is more comparable to it's sister phone the Samsung Behold.
