oh well that's quite easy if you've been on Club Penguin long they will ask questions but if your new and you havent been on a month than this is the simplest way when you go on your account their bes a clock on the right hand side just simply click on the clock and than change the time very backwards so they all know that you have been a penguin for days the click the m in your profile and they will say a few questions then your hopfully a secret agent

Or if u have the agent book and enter the word correctly u will get the phone! your penguin needs to be 30 days old and then take the quiz to take the quiz click the M on the right top at your screen! When your a secret agent you will get acess to the HQ (The HQ is in the change rooms in the sport shop) And you will win a spy phone! You can do missons and if you complete missons you will win a gift and a reward!

Go to the Everyday Phoning Facilty (where the Ski And Sports shop once was)and you will be given a test.

After the test you become an agent!

Need help in finding the Ski and Sports Catalouge? go to the stadium and you will see a purple catalog on the downright corner.
