I'm sure there are many answers to this question, but to start things off, I can think of TWO outstanding ways God makes his presence known to mankind:
Creation itself is a constant reminder of the existence of God, hence Romans 1:20 says: "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse."(NIV)(Psalm 19:1-4/Revelation 4:11) Where man has not destroyed it's ability, his creation continues to renew and provide sources of food and drink for the earth (Acts 14:17/Job 36:27+28/Ecclesiastes 1:7/ Isaiah 55:10).
The Bible, known to many as God's Word(1 Thessalonians 2:13), continues to give humans what they need(Hebrews 4:12), showing outstanding wisdom beyond human knowledge(John 17:17/Proverbs 2:1-9), providing satisfying answers to human questions (Matthew 7:7-11), offering council and advice for life in general (Psalm 119:105/Hebrews 5:14)giving peace of mind (Philippians 4:5-7/Luke 11:28), and clearly holding out a dependable hope for the future(Matthew 24:14/Revelation 21:3-5).
