What can you buy if your not a club penguin member?

The items non members can purchase are available in the front of the penguin style, also including the following:

• Red and Blue puffles (400 coins each.)
• Card Jitsu belts (Black and white - available playing Card Jitsu.)
• Red cap
• All backgrounds
• All pins (incl. Flag pins)
• Orange hard hat (inside Minecave next to SECRET CAVE.)

Well, you can buy red and blue puffles for 800 coins each. You can also buy colors and backgrounds for your player card. Everything else to "buy" is for members, but a lot of times for events there are free giveaways for everyone; there is also 1 free item when Rockhoppers sails into the Beach.

Also like if there was a puffle event u could have got a free hat or sumthin but the rest like decorate ur igloo and buy clothes u have 2 be a member

You cant really buy any clothes. But you can get free clothes when there are parties. I am a non member and I wish I could buy clothes too but I cant :( But I do have a lot of clothes from club penguin celebrations or holidays and some of them are really cute.\

Yes you can by a red or blue puffle or if not both. And for clothes try the stalls at the parties. And you can try buying club penguin toys or books for clothes and coins and items to hold.
