Becoming a YouTube Partner is everyones dream on Youtube. Apperently, there are qualifictaions on becoming a Youtube Partner. To become a Youtube Partner, you need THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. You MUST OWN all of your content. (Meaning NO uploading copyright music, tv shows, and other peoples ideas!)
2. You need at LEAST over 550 subscribers
3. You need 60,000+ channel views
4. You need AT LEAST 250,000+ total video views
AND 5. Your account must have no COPYRIGHT Strikes. (Sorry, they wont accept them)

i'm not sure if this is true, but i applied for a utube partnership without knowing any of the above info, and the website said that all i needed to do was to get one video monetised (approved for no copyright) to become one.you might have to have a vid monetised as well as the info above, i am not sure
