1) they help the economy

3) some ppl have hotels so they depend on tourists to leave

Disadvantages

1) they can vandalize property

2) the government might disagree with the package deal

3) they take advantage ofa country's economy

Advantage is that, the patient will be in there own communities,as this helps in the improvement mentally, and the disadvantage is the patients where moved from high care to low care area, proper treatment is given but still some chances may be of not getting monitored by expertise doctors.
