The question of who has proprietary rights to your pictures, information, and writings while signed onto Facebook is now a national question. Many users are upset that, like the mob, once you are a member of Facebook you can never leave.
The issue at hand is:
1. Who has the legal rights to pictures, blogs, and information posted on Facebook
2. Can Facebook claim ownership of your photos, blogs, and information because you posted it to their site after signing a legal agreement clause
3. What level of proprietary protections do users of social networking sites have over your information, posts, and pics
If you can figure out the complex legal solution, you are going to be the best privacy lawyer in America!
(Personally, I believe that social networking sites should have no rights to information posted by users.)
