I just got one today, too and I run a business. After two operators at AT&T couldn't answer it, I changed the call to Sprint, who finally looked it up. It means: that the phone number is neither a business outgoing number nor a residential number. I am assuming it either could be a bouncing call (watch out for that with your cell phone; this could mean that someone else has your number and is calling others on your rates), or an automated call, or a soliciting call that has no incoming call ability (they usually don't). So, the best thing to do is to report it, like I did, to avoid getting another call from whatever jerk is worse! And if it keeps happening you may have to change your cell phone number to avoid having charges you didn't authorize. Also I would suggest calling your cell phone company to MAKE sure that no long distance calls (out of the US) were made piggybacking your phone. I hope this helps you and several people like me, who had a heck of a time trying to find out what this automated message means. Good Luck to you! Mary

If you select this option, you probably will be prompted to provide a callback number. This callback number will then be sent to the person's phone as a special type of SMS message that the cell phone is supposed to interpret as a "callback message". When the phone receives this message, they can usually just hit "Send" on their phone to call that number.

"inbox me" means to send someone a message. or whatever info or picture theyre asking for... "inbox" could be your email, your facebook messages, myspace message, maybe a text message on your cell phone or a tweet maybe? unless the person doesnt tell you exactly which "inbox", i would assume they were talking about your text message inbox. and "digits" are a slang word for someones phone number.... weither it be your home phone or cell phone number. good luck, hope that helps... =)
