The weldability of steels depends on its hardenability.
In general, the higher the hardenability, the lower the
weldability. Weldability can be evaluated theoretically by
use of the PCM value calculated according to:
PCM = C + Si/30 + Mn/20 + Cu/20 + Ni/60
+ Cr/20 + Mo/15 + V/tO + 5B.
Steel chemistry PCM refers to the percentage of alloys in steel that are capable of absorbing hydrogen. This is important in applications where hydrogen embrittlement needs to be minimized to prevent structural failures or degradation of the material. The PCM value indicates the steel's ability to resist hydrogen-induced cracking.
Powertrain Control Module - 1995 and newer the PCM is mounted in the firewall on the passenger side - visible from the engine compartment
PCM => Powertrain Control Module, AKA the engine computer.

If you mean pcm- the computer.

in pcm entie sample is sent.. where as in dpcm the difference between the predicted value and the original sample is sent which will be smaller when compared rto the original sample..
steel = Stahl
I 'm guessing you mean the 1943 nickel. They are an alloy of 3 different metals; not steel. They are worth about 1.00. Sorry, I can't remember the 3 metals.
