ummmm, galaxies can have galaxies in them unless they combine, also, we don't know, the universe is infinite and we have ye to see beyond our local galaxy cluster... sorry but that is an impossible question (although if the universe is infinite then nothing is quite impossible...)
The order from largest to smallest is universe, galaxy, star, and planet. The universe encompasses everything, including galaxies like the Milky Way. Within galaxies, there are stars like our sun, and planets like Earth.
From smallest to largest, the structures in space are: planets, stars, star clusters, galaxies, galaxy clusters, and superclusters. Within each of these categories, there is a wide range of sizes and variations.
universe is largest. universe is made up of billions of galaxies.
Starting from least to greatest magnitude in size: Earth Sun Solar System Milky Way Galaxy Universe
The smallest known solar system is Kepler-37, which consists of a star slightly smaller than our sun and three small planets. Within this solar system, the smallest known planet is Kepler-37b, which is slightly larger than Earth's moon. In terms of galaxies, dwarf galaxies are generally smaller in size and mass compared to larger galaxies like the Milky Way.

Physics is the study of matter, energy, motion, and forces in the universe. It seeks to explain the fundamental principles that govern the behavior of the natural world, from the smallest particles to the largest galaxies.
A Galaxy Group: Is the smallest grouping and usually contains less than 50 galaxies.A Galaxy Cluster: Is larger than a group and usually contains between 50 to 1,000 galaxies.A Supercluster: Is the largest collection of galaxies and will contain many groups and clusters.I think you mean group of galaxies. A group of galaxies is groups and clusters are the largest known gravitationally bound objects to have arisen thus far in the process of cosmic structure formation. They form the densest part of the large scale structure of the universe.

The Andromeda Galaxy is not the largest galaxy in the universe, but it is one of the largest galaxies in our local group. The largest galaxy known is IC 1101, which is over 50 times the size of the Milky Way.
