If you click it on homepage you will 'like' Answers.com and if click it under a question a link to it is placed on your Facebook wall.
it takes you to another page and you just click the button over and over. its supposed to be for like if your bored. its pretty boring though, but give it a try anyway :)

IF you are using MSN, at the top right hand corner there should be a tab that says INBOX so click on that instead of the message. And if it says that you have new messages, click on inbox and at the bottom on the drop down thing that happens when you click on it, go to the GO TO INBOX button. If you are using regular hotmail like as in going to www.hotmail.com, you can click on the INBOX button as well.
