Assuming you mean a cell phone... Nothing.
The unfounded concern about speakers is the magnet, which can be quite large depending on the size of your speaker. But, beyond some temporary power/service interference caused by the magnetic field, nothing permanent will happen to your cell phone, and any minor blip that you may or may not experience will vanish once you move the phone away from the speaker.
This goes for PCs as well. Speakers/magnets do not permanently affect PC chips, that is a myth.
What is *not* a myth however is that magnets *do* affect CRT (cathode ray tube) monitors/TVs (the old big clunky computer screens). The field can alter the screen pixel brightness/color, but is generally fixed with a degauss procedure.
With the speaker of the phone facing you at the top of the phone, you take the left side of the screen and slide it to the right.
You put them in the top of the phone where the charger goes
When you put sugar on top of a grape fruit, nothing happens. It will make it a bit sweeter but that's about it. It tastes good, too.

To put the sim card in you have to take off the back plate, then take out the battery, if you hold the phone so that the top of the phone is down you see a small image on the top right of the back of the phone. it tells you which way the sim card faces, there is a little slot to put you sim card in. Hoped i helped you (=^ )
