Do you mean mean how do you submit questions here is the answer. In the space above where you type questions you write a question if it is not answered you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be a section asking if you woudl liek to submit this answer. Then you can follow the rules and make your own question. I do not know why I had to answer this or why you even submitted this because if you did not know how to submit a questions how woudl you have submitted this question? -Eugenie de Silva
When you submit a question on WikiAnswers on a Tuesday, the same thing happens as would on any other day. The same is true of submitting answers.
If you are using a computer on the top right side it says "Ask." But the thing is when I write a question it says that I can't submit.
The best way to do your mother a favor is to not submit questions of a highly questionable nature. When I changed the wording on your question I failed to see the name of the person submitting it. Please submit reasonabe questions.

We are all here to be nice and answer your questions. Please submit the question and someone will be happy to address it.
Questions can be submitted by those who are logged in or by those that are anonymous. So yes, questions can be answered on answers wiki site.
