If a question on WikiAnswers is unclear, you might want to send the URL of the question to a Supervisor if there isn't enough information to the question. However, if you understand what the question is asking, but the wording is unclear, feel free to click the [Improve] link to the very right of the question, just under the 'report abuse' button. This way, you can edit the question to have it make sense and save the question.
