assist suicide and it could be considered murder
Suicide is taking of one's own life and homicide is murder, or killing someone else.
yes your part of the death so of course its murder, its also called assisted suicide. It is illegal and immoral in almost all cases.
It is against the law to attempt or aid someone commiting suicide
Yes it is considered suicide and it would be murder or assisted suicide, depending on how you look at it.
Murder is the legal term. You may be referring to euthanasia, where someone helps someone commit suicide. Another view: Irony.
I'd imagine that to kill one's self would be suicide. Even if one were speaking philisophically, the death of one's conciousness or physical being by that same person would fit the definition of "suicide" and not "murder," which is to kill another living thing. Unless the person in question is somehow separate from their physical body or conciousness (and I don't see how that's possible), it would be suicide in any way.
Second degree murder is killing someone unexpectedly, the killerdidn'tplan to kill the victim. Assisted suicide is helping someone killthem self. Bothevidently different. Are you asking the difference between the charges or the act?
If you are about to jump off a cliff and someone pushes you, it would likely be considered murder because the person's actions resulted in your death. It would not be considered attempted suicide since you did not intend or take steps to cause harm to yourself in that moment.
It is murder because you had not jumped off the cliff yet. You still had the chance to change your mind. Also, how did they know that you were going to jump or not. It is absolutly murder.
i go to shep, and i know for a fact that there have been no murder suicides here, ever! how dare you ask that question!
No he did not murder anyone! He died from suicide
