A collection of linked pages that start with a home page is usually called a website, or web site.
The main page of a website is the index.html file also called a "Home" page. All of the additional webpages you create for your website are linked through the index.html "Home" page navigation links.
Have all the websites you want as home pages open in tabs. Then go to Tools, then options. A window will show up, click on Main, near the top. Then click on the button, "Use Current Pages" and then click OK. When you start FireFox again, it should open all the pages in tabs.
