There is a very good website builder called Wix where you can create your own site with music, awesome backgrounds and a lot more. There is only one problem. If you are in Turkey it may not work in some places but other places are fine. Hope you like wix! www.wix.com

I like Frontpage if that's what you mean. There really is not a straight answer to this question. If you know how to use dreamweaver, or frontpage, I would go with those. However if you want to build a website without programming or software to download, try the 3 best online website builders....
