No. you don't get payed to be a secret agent. I am a secret agent and all you get is a cell phone to teleport yourself and it has gadgets in there that help you throughout missions. If you are old enough, you can become a agent and will be able to go the HQ. the HQ doesnt have much in it but screens. and a file on the side where you get assigned your missions. If you complete a mission, you get a metal or pin or maybe even a pizza but no coins. you just have to earn them through games.
