Where is the evaporator coil located? >>>> Drain line is probably clogged
Water dripping from the evaporator coil in your air conditioning unit is a normal occurrence. This happens because the coil cools the air and removes moisture from it, causing condensation to form. The water then drips into a drain pan and is drained away from the unit.
Water dripping on the front of a portable air conditioner could mean that the air filter needs to be changed. Your evaporator coil may also be dirty.
The rate of water dripping from the eaves of the house is 20 drops per minute.
This is water that has condensed out of the room air on the evaporator coils of the air conditioner, and it is completely normal. If the humidity is high, one will see more water condensing and dripping from the air conditioner than when the room air is dry.
The AC is dripping water outside because it is removing humidity from the air inside the house and expelling it outside as condensation.
Yes, there is a problem if water is dripping from a pipe outside your house. It could indicate a leak or damage that needs to be fixed to prevent further issues.

behind the grille and in front of the radiator I believe that the condenser is in front of the radiator. The evaporator is inside the vehicle in the dashboard. It removes humidity from the air by cooling it so the water vapour turns into water droplets and you'll see this water dripping on the ground from the passenger side of the vehicle when running the AC.
re-level the unit,and/or clean the coil
if a small amount of water is dripping it is normal condensation from running an engine
Your air conditioner may be faulty if it is not dripping water.
If something is "dripping", then it usually means that water is coming from it slowly and intermittently. For example, if a wet towel is hung on a rail, it would be "dripping" water.
