The IMF is the International Monetary Fund which was created in 1944 during the Roosevelt Administration. At that time, all countries involved in the World Trade Organization joined and became part of the IMF. Currently emerging economies have been hijacked by the IMF before they can stand on their own and quickly kept within the 3rd world category.
