Ip domain lookup command used for forward lookup and reverse lookup to be done in router.to resolve name to ip - forward look up and ip to name - reverse look up..

Router is responsiblr for the same hence we configure this cmd in router

whereas switch is not responsible for dns lookup hence at the time of switch configuration we disable this cmd with "no ip dns look up".....
