Generally speaking, a webpage is the term given to an HTML document. The name has two parts: web refers to the World Wide Web (WWW), page refers to the fact that it is rendered to look like a page in a book or a piece of paper.

A website is a collection of webpages and other objects (style sheets, graphics, sounds, video) that present some information to the client. A website may be a single webpage, perhaps a personal resume, or it may be a large interconnected set of pages (like Answers.com).

Much like a book is made up of a collection of pages, a website is made up a collection of webpages. You navigate a book by turning the pages, you navigate a website by clicking on the hyperlinks it contains.
