it is a waste product from steel industry and has properties similarly to that of cement .it mainly consist of calcium silicate.
The use of logic in civil engineering

Fly ash is an ingredient in cement manufacturing. The main components of cement are limestone, clay, sand, and fly ash. The cement folks are interested in the silica and alumina in the fly ash, so depending upon the amount of those in the fly ash allows them to decrease the amount of clay and sand which is where they get those constituents if they don't use fly ash. The advantage is to decrease the volume of clay and sand that have to be mined, realizing a cost savings as well as saving the clay and sand for future generations.

dynamics is basically subject which is more useful in mechanical engg but nowadays when earthquake design of building has gained importance, we, the civil engineers use the dynamic study for the structures to get help regarding earthquake design
Yes- a LOT!

It is likely that you will undertake courses teaching the use of computer aided design while undertaking a BEng in Civil Engineering.
use as aggregate in concrete technology
Mainly metalurgy, civil engineering, metal working.
There are so many different uses of civil engineering in daily life. Some of them include power stations, using buildings and roads among others forms of constructions.
Civil engineers are the experts responsible for the way our infrastructure is designed and constructed. Civil engineering can encompass a wide field, from structural engineering to environmental engineering. Some even work with nanotechnology, developing tiny structures for use in future technology. Because of this diversity, many civil engineers will find good job prospects in the coming years. Studying civil engineering in college will result in a rigorous mathematics and physics curriculum being covered. This will be supplemented by specialized engineering classes in later semesters. Civil engineering students will also have the opportunity to participate in internships. This allows them to gain invaluable work experience with firms while earning money. These internships often lead to jobs after the degree.
