Toolbar is used for the convenience of user. There is no best toolbar but it depends upon how the user needs to do actions frequently.
One can uninstall the My Web Search Toolbar by using the control panel and uninstall a program function. Select the toolbar from the list of programs and click remove. After a reboot it should be gone.
just go to where the web address is and go all the way to the right and you will see the "ask" logo right click on that and click on remove from browser or something like that after you do that close all of you web pages and open them again and the toolbar should be gone p.s i used goggle chorme
