Windows Movie Maker works very well. It allows you to put clips together, change the order, split clips in two so you can re-order or take out a part you don't want. You can add effects to video clips like making it look old fashioned, sharper, or blurry. You can brighten or dim the lighting in clips, and edit each separately. You can add transitions, and put music in the background, add titles, and much more. I highly recommend this easy to use program.
You can use Microsoft Live Movie Maker, you can post it right off of the program.
