The index page
The page number in an MLA in-text citation refers to the specific page where you found a direct quote or information within a source. It helps the reader locate the exact location of the information within the source.
The main page of a website is the index.html file also called a "Home" page. All of the additional webpages you create for your website are linked through the index.html "Home" page navigation links.

You can display anything provided its within the rules. But i personally think every website should have a contact page and policy page
