You don't actually need a service/program to do this. If you have a PC, you can do this by performing the following tasks:
1. Click Start > Run
2. Type ''CMD'' in the box.
3. Once the black screen pops up, type in ''ping thewebsiteyouwant.com'' and it should give you the website's IP Address.

The US Postal Service has a tab on their website that will help you look up a zip code for free. It allows you to choose by exact address or by just the city.
