NOT MUCH except you may swollow some and get a stomach ache! Rince your tooth with 1/2 cup Hydrogen Peroxide and 1/4 cup water. You can alternate days and rinse with salt water every other day. This will keep food particles out and also disinfect the area until you see a dentist. You could even rinse twice a day to be safe. NIX the alcohol!
