To withhold your number - dial 141, followed by the number you want to call
The same as calling a standard landline telephone. Just key in the number you'll be calling.
Not unless the number you're calling is a 'free-phone' number.
You can not have two devices having the same number, what you can do instead is transfer incoming calls to the landline to your mobile. In other words, when someone is calling your landline it will instead be redirected to your mobile device.
I dont think you can.
Calling an 0370 number is not free; it typically falls under the same pricing structure as calling standard landline numbers starting with 01 or 02. Charges may vary depending on your phone provider and plan, but many mobile and landline providers include calls to 0370 numbers in their bundled minutes. Always check with your provider for specific costs.

When you want your number to come up as private when you call them, you dial *67 before the actual number.

In order for you phone number to be shown as a private or blocked number, you will type *67 on your telephone keypad. After dialing that code, you will dial the phonenumber you are calling.
It is not able to establish the landline number 043677000 because it is privately owned.
You can try calling your phone provider to see if they can help track the private number. Alternatively, you can use a reverse phone lookup service online to try and identify the caller.
