When i save a picture where does it go?

When you save a file, it goes to the last place something was saved or where ever your computer was set up to save files. If you use the "save as" command, then you can control where the file is saved. Usually it goes to a document folder.

That is usually your choice. You can specify where you want a file to be saved to in the Save dialog box. It depends on what kind of files you are saving and what application you are using. Some may have a designated folder to save the files in, but even then you often have the option of changing it. So files will go where you want them to. If you don't know, you can do a search for a file or you can reopen it from a recently used files list and see does it show where it is. You can also start a Save As to see where it is currently saved.

If saving a file off the internet it usually goes into the Downloads folder.

If you are saving in another manner, example a Word document, then the file will have another default folder it goes to, like Documents.
