When you plug your Verizon razor phone into your computer via USB it cannot install it how do you get it to install so you can put music onto it?
Usually, you can pull up your media player and then there should be an option to sync your device. if you have Windows Media Player, theres actually a tab up top and it should auto detect your phone. If not, then i don't know. call your cell phone service provider. They may be able to point you in the right direction
