They are mostly the same interface but the GW520 is a much better phone because it has 3G connection and a fold out keyboard, which is much easier to use than the on screen keyboard on the Pop (both touchscreens are mostly the same - not the best.) Furthermore it is much easier to text on the GW520. Bear in mind this is just my opinion, so it would be best for you to try out the phones for yourself before you decide.
