Where do you find the animal costumes on club penguin?

they can be purchased by members during the Earth Day party. the earth day party isn't happening until the 19th of april. so you can't get the animal costumes until the 19th- when the earth day party begins the costumes will probably be in the gift shop catalogue

You need to see the September catalogue in 2011. Which is not possible now, in 2013. You had to find a secret, click on something in the catalogue. Which is such a shame, because you can't. Sorry.

You cannot get it in 2010 if you see someone with it there the only penguins who perticuley know.
