Where is Kamaria in Panfu?

First of all it's Kamaria not Kamira she's in the tower on the terrace in the castle.On Panfu you have to be Level 4(Micky) or higher to go in it.

Go to the castle and up the staircase. You'll find yourself in the terrace. Go through the door on the LEFT. There, you'll find Kamaria.
