There is no area code 162 in North America (USA, Canada, etc.); area codes never begin with 1.

Country code +1, area code 62X could be a valid North American number, but you need one more digit.

The UK has area codes like 0162X, which is +44 162X in international format, but again you need one more digit.

Other countries may have area codes like 162.

(The plus sign means "insert your international access prefix here." From a GSM mobile phone, you can enter the number in full international format, starting with the plus sign. The most common prefix is 00, but North America (USA, Canada, etc.) uses 011, and many other countries use different prefixes.)
