HOW TO REALLY DO IT: 1.you must have windows thoguh 2. clik the right path on the town but before you get there click on your mail box3. then when u think you are there click the cross4. then click the icon that allows you to change zoom, then click on the custom 5. then click where you whant to go - BUT you have to wait for your penguin to get there. 6. then zoom back to one hundred 7. then VWALA! YOUR THERE- but you cant get down unless you use map to go somewhere then you can go back. HOPE IT WORKS wait it will - unless u don't have windows or you do it wrong! BYEEE!

you can only reach the rooftop in missions once you become a secret agent by clicking on the m in the top right hand corner but its nothing to get excited about its just a few cartoon pipes pretending to be leading into the gift shop but i always wonder you never see the pipes in the gift shop but you can actually see your penguin standing on the rooftop you can only see a view of the rooftop so dont think your missing out on something great if your not an agent you soon will be in enought penguin days old

When its Music Jam and Puffle Party you have access to the rooftop..only if your a member to get a membership card if you live in the UK like me you can get it from Sainsbury's Toys R Us if not im afraid i don't know unless you pay from a credit card!

first,you have to be a member. second, go to the dance lounge. then take the elevator that the brown puffle made it in the puffle party.and you are in the night club roof top!
